When I purchased this item, it was my understanding that it was a KIT, meaning the WAND and REFILL PADS, however when I received the kit, there was no WAND. I contacted customer service and was told another kit would be sent to me within three days. After a few weeks, and after having to call customer service again, I finally received another kit. Once again there was NO WAND, leaving me with two cases of refill pads and no way to use them without the WAND. I have e-mailed customer service several times, however no one has responded and I have yet to receive the WAND that I payed for (it has been since 2/11/08).
